Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Reynard Peck! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.


2. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to availability).

  • If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@reynardpeck.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right!
