We want you to love your purchase from Reynard Peck! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
2. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to availability).

If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
3. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@reynardpeck.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right!
